We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Whitespace UI, our Design System and UI kit for Figma. We offer a FREE version, which includes components and foundations, and a PRO version, which includes page sections, site examples, dark mode, responsive screens and SaaS pages. You can download the FREE version from the Figma community and preview the pro version before deciding to purchase.

If you do decide to purchase the PRO version, we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you find any big issues with the file during this period, please contact us with your refund request and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team will review your request and issue a refund if the issue is deemed to be significant.

Please note that you cannot request a refund without a valid reason. We encourage you to preview the PRO version and ensure that it meets your needs before making a purchase. Once you have purchased the PRO version and downloaded the file, we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind or if you find minor issues that do not significantly affect the usability of the file.

Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease using the System and shall destroy all copies of the System.
