Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Whitespace UI Design System and UI kit for Figma PRO version (the "System") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This license is granted solely for use by the Licensee in accordance with the terms set forth below.
- Use it on an unlimited number of projects
- Customize and adapt the components and styles to fit their project needs
- Create new designs based on the system's components
- Use the system for personal and commercial projects
- Use the system for projects for clients or customers
- Share the system's designs or components within their organization, if they have purchased a team or enterprise license
- Use the system to create their own designs and products, such as websites, applications, or digital products.
- Re-sell or distribute the System in its native form or after modifying it in any way;
- Share Single User License with any other user(s);
- Create and sell components (such as HTML, Bootstrap, Webflow, React, Vue.js, etc.) based on the System; - Remake the System components in any other design program (Adobe XD, Sketch...) and re-sell them;
- Create their own systems based on the System components and share them.
The System and any accompanying documentation, including but not limited to, any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein or relating thereto, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor
Licensee shall not use the System for any purpose other than as expressly permitted herein. Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly:
a) modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the System;
b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the System; or
c) use the System to develop competing products or services.
The System and any accompanying documentation, including but not limited to, any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein or relating thereto, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor
Licensor makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the System, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other matter.
